Son of Charles and Rosa Wade; born September 5, 1888, Wabash, Ind. Employed as cook in Marion, when he was called into service August 24, 1918. Sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa; assigned to Company N, 163rd Depot Brigade. Died of pneumonia October 3, 1918. Buried in Marion, Ind. Survived by widow, Golda Brown Wade, Marion, Ind.
