Son of Clement and Laura Wilson; born August 1, 1896, Marion, Ind. Employee of National Sweeper Company. Enlisted in U.S. Regular Army July 28, 1914. Served three years in China. Overseas in May, 1918; assigned to Company K, 4th Infantry, 3rd Division. Killed in action July 3, 1918, near Hamel, France. Buried in American Cemetery No. 17, Montfaucon, Sec. U, Plot 2, Grave No. 93.
