William H. Carroll
William H. Carroll, ex-judge of the Forty-eighth Judicial Circuit, is a native of Indiana, born in Henry County, September 12, 1836. He graduated from Butler University at Indianapolis in 1864, and the same year was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court. He came to Blackford County in August, 1871. In 1884 he was elected judge of the Circuit Court, assuming the duties of his office in March, 1885. Mr. Carroll is now a resident of Marion, Grant County, Indiana.
