D. H. Miller
D. H. Miller, proprietor of livery and feed stable. Lawrenceburg, is a native of the county, born in 1842, and here his entire life has been spent. He passed his earlier years on the farm with his parents, Thomas and Emeline (Wilson) Miller, continuing his agricultural pursuits till 1869, when he began operations in the livery business which he still continues. He was married in May, 1866, to Miss Caroline Hauck, daughter of Jacob and Johanna (Hornberger) Hauck, and they have six children living: Johan E. F., Emory F., Ira L., Scott, Pearl and an infant. Mr. Miller is a member of the F. & A. M. and the K. of L. and keeps a full line of first class tock in his adopted vocation, doing a full share of the livery business of the place.
