Charles Elmer Orsborn........Seaman

    Son of John and Virginia Cirinovitch (both deceased); born November 6, 1896, McLean County, Illinois. Adopted by John W. Orsborn who moved with the boy to Dearborn County, Indiana in 1900. Entered U. S. Navy December, 1917, Cincinnati, Ohio; assigned to duty as wireless operator on the Dretcherland. Died of pneumonia December 18, 1918, St. Nazaire, France. Deceased had served four years in U. S. Navy prior to his enlistment in February, 1917.
