Sent to Camp Taylor, Kentucky; assigned to Battery B, 3rd Training Battalion. Died of pneumonia October 16, 1918, Camp Taylor, Kentucky. Buried in Gibson Cemetery, Harrison Township, Dearborn County, Indiana. Survived by widow, Lenora McClure White, and one daughter, Mildred Levada White, Logan, Indiana.
