    Son of James M. and Mary B. Pryor; born June 26, 1893, Ashland Township, Morgan County, Indiana. Farmer. Enlisted in 1917, but rejected on account of physical disabilities. Entered Selective Service July 22, 1918, Martinsville, Indiana. Sent to Camp Taylor, Kentucky; assigned to 28th Company, 7th Training Battalion, 159th Depot Brigade. Died of pneumonia September 16, 1918, Camp Taylor, Kentucky.
