Assigned to Company K, 1st Infantry, Indiana National Guard, re-designated Company K, 151st Infantry; transferred to Headquarters Company, 162d Infantry; to Company F, 18th Infantry. Overseas June 11, 1918. Battle: Soissons. Wounded July 18, 1918, Soissons; died October 10, 1918, of wounds received in action. Married Minnie Anderson. Son, John William. |
