O.S.(Orrin Sylvanus) REDFIELD died at his home in this city at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday after suffering for several months with rheumatism. His death had been expected for some time. With the exception of his son, Orrin, all the family living were at his bedside when he passed away. He was seventy-one years old, and was born at Twinsburg, Ohio. While a resident of Humboldt he was engaged in business for himself and others until the past few years when he was not able to do much work. He was a member of Vicksburg Post No. 72, of this city.

Besides his wife he leaves two sons, Clark and Orrin, Jr., and two daughters, Mrs. Alex SCHLEICHER and Miss Josephone REDFIELD. Roy, another son, died several years ago.
