Clark County Clipper, June
24, 1898.
BORN.
Born to Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cook, Sunday, June 19, a girl. Frank Donnell
says Cook acted up awful about it. He ran out of the house and after turning a
few hand springs ran to Donnell's stock well and poking his face over the side,
and his hands to the sides of his mouth, yelled, "dad," then looked up scared
like as if he had probably done wrong.
_____
Grandfather Cook, is getting along nicely, with his big crop; grandma has a fine
garden. Things will happen and it so happens according to report, that Frank
Cook is just trying its self, taking the fence down and causing cattle, to mix
from Perry's ranch, to old Vesta.
