NEW BABIES
A brand splinter new girl came to brighten the home of Mr. and Mrs. Will K.
Snyder, of near Bucklin, last Sunday evening. Uncle Dan says Will is happy now,
he has two pair.
A little girl baby made her appearance at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George
Johnson in this city last Saturday morning, and we understand she is endeavoring
to teach George to sing. The neighbors say the trouble seems to be that George
will persist in singing medleys. He starts out on "Didn't Dewey Do It" and
usually ends up on "Jesus lover, he's never done anything since, Miss Johnson
turn me loose."
A baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Lindsey, Tuesday the 30th. The young
lady agrees on her part to entertain her pa with music for about 16 years and
then keep him busy as a coon in a bee tree for several years, keeping
objectionable fuzzy lipped fellows a way.
