MARRIED.
At the home of the bride's parents near Protection, Kansas, on Wednesday, June
1, 1904, by Rev. C. E. Williams of the M. E. Church, John Craig and Miss Emily
J. Baker. The groom has been foreman of M. C. Campbell ranch in Clark-co. for
some time and is an honorable and industrious young man. The bride is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Baker of Protection-tp. who are among Comanche
co.'s well known and respected citizens. She is one of the successful young
teachers of the county. During the past two or three years she has spent
considerable time as a student in the State Agricultural college at Manhattan.
A large circle of friends join in extending congratulations and good wishes.
May a long, happy and prosperous wedded life be theirs. - Coldwater Star.
