RULE-McCRACKEN.
Mr. William Rule of Medicine Lodge and Mrs. Mary E. McCracken of this city
were joined in marriage at the office of the Probate Judge Thursday evening the
3rd inst., Judge Harper officiating.
>From the Barber County Index we learn that the bride is 54 years old and
is probably 25 years junior of her husband.
The bride has been conducting a Millinery business here for some time, and has
built up a good trade, where she is highly respected.
The Index says that the groom has long been one of the substantial
citizens of that county, and has retired with a comfortable competence.
We wish the happy young couple a pleasant journey.
