OLDHAM, GOTT
Linda Kelly January 10, 2003
I am looking for information about the family of Benjamin
Franklin OLDHAM, who married Lulu Emily GOTT. Family records place the family in Hutchinson
in 1904, when Lulu Emily died of typhoid fever. They had 2 daughters, who were fostered by a Mrs. Flora B. Crooks, who ran a chain of mercantile
stores. Lulu liked to call herself Louise, she was born in Ontario, Canada
April 6, 1871. Any help would be appreciated.

C. C. MOSIMAN is listed in the 1920 census at
Wilbur Township, Ford County, Kansas, age 33, born in Kansas, parents born in
Switzerland, farmer. In the household were his wife, Mary, age 25, born
Kansas, parents born in Russia, and son W. Howard, age 2 4/12, born in Kansas.
Also in the household is Charlie LANTZ, age 12, single, born in Texas.
I think that Charlies LANTZ is my
grandfather, who is known to have been living with a MOSIMAN family about that
time. That Mosiman family is related to a MOSIMAN who married Marie
Schirmer, born circa 1905, daughter of Richard and Elizabeth (Kauffman)
Schirmer. I am trying to identify C. C. MOSIMAN.
