Fire in Frankfurt, KY - The Presbyterian Church in this place was destroyed by fire on the evening
of the 13th inst.  The House of Representatives occupied that building and were in session at the
time. The Argus in noticing this melancholy event, says  - "Ill-fated Frankfurt!! - twice has she
witnessed the burning of a Capitol, now a large church, built at her cost, as was the State-House
in a great degree, is in ruins; and the Legislative threatens to consummate her ruling, by
removing the sear of Government."
