Being in perfect mind and sense. This indenture was made th 17th day of July 1833. Elizabeth Baker to administer on my estate and sell of property and finish paying for the land; and for James Oharra to make her and her heirs a deed for the same; and all my just debts to be paid; and brother, Alen Baker is to have one third of the crop growing on the old ground on my farm, and one half of the new ground. Done by my request in good faith, it being my last will and testament, day and date above written.  William J. Baker.
Test: Lewis M. Simpson, James Johnson.

This last will and testament of William J. Baker, dec'd, was produced in open court and proved by the oaths of Lewis M. Simpson and James Johnson, the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded, which is accordingly done. Given under my hand this 14th day of August 1833.
