wards own 22-1/2 acres in Grant County, Kentucky near Crittenden, being part
of the Webster farm which has been sold by the guardian. Sarah Webster has
a life estate in said land.

William H. Beach, guardian of Casandra Beach. Guardian states that nothing
has come to the said ward "until the death of Sarah Webster, her grandmother."
After her death, her land is to be sole with 1/2 of the money to go to the
ward Casandra Beach. Statement that said Sarah Webster died on January 24,
1867.

final settlement, the ward having reached the age of 21 years.
