Men to Camp Zachary Taylor -
1918
The local
board has received orders to send twenty-six more
soldiers to Camp Zachary Taylor
June 27th. They have been
ordered to report to the headquarters
of the local board on the
afternoon
of the 26th and entrain on the
morning of the 27th
Those who will go on that date

who was recently sent to Camp Taylor
failed to pass the physical
examination and another
man was sent in his place. There
remains only 41 men,
Class 1, after this group is sent
away next Wednesday.
Hallie Lancaster, one of the drafter
men, is cashier of
the Corinth Deposit Bank. His
father, J. W. Lancaster,
is president of that
institution.
