I, Katharine Clark of the County of Grant and State of Kentucky do hereby
make my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to
say,
First, I give my granddaughter, Mary E. Turner, one bed and twenty dollars in money.
Second, I give to my granddaughter, Sarah K. Turner, ten dollars.
Third, I give to my granddaughter, Eliza Ann M. Turner ten dollars.
Fourth, I give to my daughter, Elizabeth Turner, the remaining portion of my household and kitchen furniture except what is herein after devised.
Fifth, I give to my son, George W. Clark, one bedstead, one table and one kettle, also all my farming utensils.
Sixth, I desire after my debts and funeral expenses are paid all the rest of my estate, both real and personal of what nature of kind so ever it may be not herein particularly disposed of, to be equally divided between my son, Thomas L.? Clark, and lastly, I do hereby appoint my son, Thomas L. Clark, executor of this my last will and testament, hereby rovoking all other or former wills or testaments by me heretofore made. N. B. Mey, son Thomas L. Clark is requested to take charge of the devise herein made to Mary E. Turner, _____ appropriate it to her benefit and my daughter Elizabeth Turner to take care of the devise made herein to my other granddaughters. This last will and testament of K. Clark was produced to court on the
9th of September 1850 and proven by the oath of J. Morgan a subscribing witness
thereto and ordered to be recorded, whereupon the same is duly recorded in
