- Old war and invalid by file 9217. William Peacock swears as to his being wounded. He also states that he was thus wounded in the Battle of River Raisin. Samuel F. Singleton and John F. Elliott, both practicing physicians, swear that he is one-half disabled by these wounds. He volunteered for a tour of six months under Captain McCracken and Colonel Allen. He was in the Battle of River Raisin which took place January 21, 1773. Samuel Noe swears that he was taken a prisoner at the same time as Bartlett Collins. He was invalid by File #9217. He served as a private in the company of Captain McCracken in the Kentucky Militia. The ratio of his disability is presumed to be one-half. His closing testimony was given on March 10, 1830. He was on the Kentucky Roll of Pensions at the rate of $4 per month to commence on March 10, 1830. His certificate of pension was issued on March 12, 1830 and it was sent to the Honorable R. M. Johnson, House of Representatives. The total amount that was due to him was $18.11 by the act of April 24, 1816.
