Last Will of Missie C. Conrad
I, Missie C. Conrad, of Crittenden County of Grant, and State of Kentucky, being of full age and of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made. Item #1. I direct that all my just debts be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after the time of my decease. Item #2. All the property, real and personal of every kind and description, wheresoever situated, which I may own or have right to dispose of at the time of my decease, I give, bequeath and devise to my husband W. W. Conrad, absolutely and in fee simple. Item #III. I make, nominate and appoint my husband W. W. Conrad to be the executor of this my last will and testament, and I request that no bond be required of him as such. I further request that no inventory of my estate be taken in so for as the same be lawfully omitted. Dated at Williamstown, Kentucky, this 23rd day of August 1939. Signed: Missie C. Conrad.
We, Lee Lanter and Walter Kidwell, at the request of Missie C. Conrad have this day signed the forgoing instrument which th said Missie C. Conrad signed in our presents and declared this to be her true, last will and testament. We having signed in the presence of Missie C. Conrad and in the presents of each other. and admitted for probate, as and for the last true will and testment of Missie
C. Conrad, deceased, and ordered to be recorded as such, which is done the
