I, Fountain Crosswhite of Grant County, Kentucky do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say first I desire that a portion of my perishable property be immediately sold and the money appropriated to the use of paying a land note that I have payable to N. Stewart. I desire that a portion of my farm shall be rented out each year and the money appropriated to the payment of the above named note. I desire that my wife, Elizabeth Crosswhite shall keep possession of my farm until the youngest daughter, Sarah Allen becomes sixteen years of age, then I desie that my farm and all of my personal property be sold and my wife receive one third of the money and the remainder equally divided between my children ; also desire my oldest son, William M. Crosswhite shall administer on my estate and attend to all my business. Given under my hand this 23rd day of November 1852. F. Crosswhite. Witnesses: Thos. W. Stewart, Jessse Edward.

State of Kentucky Grant County.
This last will and testament of Fountain Crosswhite was produced to court on the 11th (or 14th) of June 1855 and proven by the oaths of T. W. Stewart and Jessee Edwards, the two subscribing witnesses thereto and orderd to be recorded, whereupon the sam was admitted to record in my office this 14th of June 1855.
