I, Elizabeth Dehart of the County of Grant and State of Kentucky being
infirm in body but of sound and disposing mind and resolution do make and
constitute this my only last will and testament. It is my will and
desire that after my death all my just debts and burial expenses be
paid.
Second, at my death I will to my daughter, Katherine Conyers, my looking glass and rocking chair.
Third and lastly, I will to my granddaughter, Elizabeth B. Smith all the remaining part of my estate be the same more or less for her own use and benefit to be delivered to her so soon after my death as can conveniently be done, and then to be under her own control to use or dispose of as she may think proper.
I hereby constitute and appoint Henry Childers my lawful executor to carry this my last will and testament into effect. Given under my hand and seal this 23rd day of February 1853. Elizabeth Dehart. Witnesses: T. S. Redman, William D. Conyers.
