I, Archibald Harris, of Grant County, Kentucky do hereby make my last
will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say,
1st. I wish all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my personal property.
2nd. I bequeath to my beloved wife, Francis Harris, all my property both real and personal that remains after the payment of my just debts during her natural life, and after her death to be divided equally between by lawful heirs herein after named and to be enjoyed by them forever.
3rd. To my daughter's, Polly Stultz's heirs, Betsey Rader's heirs, my sons, Archibald, Thomas and Sutton?, my daughters Susan Canton, Nancy Boggus and Catherine Humes?.
4th. To Nancy Stultz, daughter to Polly Stultz, deceased, I give one bed, bedding and fifty dollars exclusive of her legal part of her mother Polly Stultz heirs ____ of my estate.
5th. To my sons, Jordan and Boles, one dollar each they having received their proportion of my estate.
6th. All the rest of my estate both real and personal of what nature or kind ___ it may be not herein before particularly disposed of, I desire may be equally divided among my children herein before named which I give to them and their heirs forever, and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint Jourdan Harris and Isaac Harris executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other or former wills or testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed by seal this 11th day of August 1845. Archibald (X) Harris. Signed and acknowledged in the presence of Wesley Porter, Jourdon (X) Faulkner.

This last will and testament of Archibald Harris, dec'd, was produced
to court at the term above and proven in open court by the oath of Wesley
Porter one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded
which is accordingly done. Att: Wm. Smith, Clerk, By James H. Parker,
DC.
