In the name of God I affix this to be my last will testament and declare it my desire that John McClure where I am now about to depart this life and in which house I expect to breath my last breath shall with my consent and earnest desire have of my estate as follows, viz, a certain Negro man named Ned now living with Travis Daniels at the turn pike gate and will furthermore that all the residue of my estate be it what it may without exception or ommision in any one thing after my debts are paid together with my funeral expenses ___ be and the same I hope will and desire may be equally without defraud collision be desired between John mcClure and William Griffin or their present wives my sisters and otherwise than as above stated in testimony whereof I hereunto set my name with the help of George P. Biddle equally to my desire and last earthly wish, Elizabeth Hynes. Witnesses required sealed and offered in presence of Elizabeth (X) Franks, Nathaniel McClure.

This last will and testament of Elizabeth Hinds, dec'd, was produced in court and proved by the oaths of Geo. Biddle, Elizabeth Franks and nathaniel McClure and ordered to be recorded which is accordingly done. Attest: H. B. Smith, CGCC.   Note: the will of Elizabeth Hinds has no date.
