385 I, Wm. C. Johnson of the County of Grant and State of Kentucky, do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say; 1st. I do desire and hereby constitute Jas. O'hara, Hubbard B. Smith and Simon Nichols my friends as my executors and trustees. The same to sell and convey all my out land and the proceeds thereof to go to pay all my just debts and what should remain shall be equally divided between my children. 2nd. I desire that this unfinished house shall be finished for my family and likewise the tract whereon I now live for their mutual benefit. After the payment of my debts and funeral expenses I give and bequeath my wife Harriett one third part of my estate both real and personal for and during the term of her natural life, and after her decease I give the same to my children to be equally divided among them.
