Moses Lowe - Page 252.
I, Moses Lowe, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory, blessed be to Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say,

I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Nancy Lowe, all my money and personal estate during her widowhood or natural life. If in case she should marry I wish a lawful division to be made between her and my children. I do hereby appoint my beloved son Richard M. Lowe and John M. McCoy my sole executors of my will and I wish them to purchase a farm such as my wife may wish out of the funds of my estate or aid her to purchase it. In testimony whereof I have hereunto assigned my name and affixed my seal this 22nd day of October 1858.  Signed: Moses Lowe.

Given under my hand this 12th day of November 1858.  Signed: E. H. Smith, Clerk by. R. H. O'Hara, Deputy Clerk.
