In the name of God Amen, I, Rachel Montgomery of Grant County and State of Kentucky being sound in mind but weak in body do make and ordain this my last will and testament. It is my will that after my death all my just debts shall be paid, then whatever of the property of this world that I may possess of it, it is my desire that my grandson, Tolliver P. Craig shall inherit after my death. In witness hereof I set my hand this 22nd day of March 1838.  Rachel Montgomery.  Witnesses: Wm. P. Green, Reuben Collins.

State of Kentucky Grant County.
I, H. B. Smith, clerk of the county court of the county aforesaid certify that this will of Rachel Montgomery, deceased, was produced to the Grant County Court at the March Term 1840 and proven by the oaths of William P. Green and R. Collins two of the subscribing witnesses hereto and ordered to be recorded, which is accordingly done. H. H. Smith, Clerk, by Wm. Smith, Deputy Clerk.
