I, Robert Moore of the County of Grant and State of Kentucky being weak in body but of sound mind and disposing memory and knowing the uncertainty of human life do hereby make this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say,

Second, I hereby give to my three sons, Fountain Moore, Reuben Moore and Alexander Moore, and my two daughters, Elizabeth Moore and Mary Moore, all of my estate which I now possess both real and personal during their natural lives.

Third, it is my will and desire that after the death of the five last children mentioned that the remaining property left after paying their funeral expenses be equally divided between my two daughters first mentioned, if they be living, if not, then with their legal or bodily heirs.

Fourth, lastly, I hereby constitute and appoint my two sons-in-law, Edward Spencer and Benjamin F.
