In the name of God Amen. I, Jesse Robinson of the County of Grant and State of Kentucky, being old and infirm, but sound mine and disposing memory and calling to mind the uncertainty of human life and being desirous to dispose of all my worldly goods, as it hath pleased God to bless me with.

First.  I give my soul to God and my body to the silent tomb.

2nd. I desire immediately after my death that all my estate both real and personal be sold and all my just debts paid and the remaining portion be equally divided amongst my hereafter named heirs, James H. Robinson, Margaret Harris, Absolem Robinson, Sarah Burnett, Mary Ann Robinson, Nancy Robinson, Lucy Robinson, Minerva Coulson, and each of my several heirs that has received of _____ property heretofore shall ______ a true account of that sum and to be counted as such at the division of my estate.

3rd. And my two daughters, Nancy Robinson and Lucy Robinson, one bed and bedding each, and the sum to account to them as part of their inheritance of my estate.

4th. I wish of all my estate that should fall to Minnie Robinson as her equal portion that she should have five dollars and the remaining portion to her first children, Jackson Leech, Buzzell Leech, Mary Leech and Ezra Leech.

5th. I hereby appoint my son, James H. Robinson and Absolum Robinson, my executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. Jesse Robinson. Signed, sealed and delivered in presence of us this 11th day of April 1843. Jeremiah Morgan, Isaac Raimey.

Grant County Court May Term 1845.
The last will and testament of Jesse Robinson was produced to court at the May Term 1845 and proven by the oaths of Jeremiah Morgan and Isaac Raimey the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded, which is accordingly done. Given under my hand this 25th of June 1845. Attest: Wm. Smith,
