State of Kentucky, Grant County. I, George Rose, of the county and state
aforesaid do hereby make this my last will and testament. First, I desire
after my decease that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
out of my personal property.
Second, I desire that my two sons, B. F. Rose and George Rose be paid out of my estate five dollars each; also my daughters, Ann Fint, Rachel Johnson, Mary Downard and Elizabeth Greening? be paid out of my estate five dollars each, the remainder of my property, both real and personal, consisting of a tract of land deeded to me by B. F. Rose and Malanda Rose, I give and bequeath to my son, John L. Rose, forever.
Lastly, I hereby appoint my son, John L. Rose, my executor to carry this my last will into effect. In testimony whereof I have herein set my hand and seal this 30th day of December 1852. George (X) Rose Sen. Att: H. Woodyard, Wm. F. Evans.

I certify that the foregoing will of George Rose Sen. was produced at
the term above stated received and ordered to be recorded which is admitted
to record this 27th day of May 1853. Same proven by H. Woodyard and Wm. F.
