Nancy White - Page 260.
In the name of God Amen! I, Nancy White of the County of Grant and State of Kentucky, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. That is to say first, after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, the residue of my estate, real and personal, I give, bequeath and dispose of as follows, to wit:

To my son, William Henry White, I give $100 in addition to what he heretofore received.

Second, to my son, Thomas W. White, and his daughters, Lucy Ann White and Harriett M. White, I give, bequeath and devise all of the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate to them and their heirs forever, to be divided equally between them, share and share alike, when said Harriett M. White shall marry. It being my wish that they shall remain together until then.

Likewise, I make, constitute and devise my son, Thomas W. White, as executor of this my last will and testament requiring of him good and sufficient security. Hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th day of August, 1858.  Nancy (X) White.

The above written instrument was subscribed by said Nancy White in our presence and acknowledged by her to each of us to be her last will and testament, and we as the testors request and in her presence have signed our names as witnesses opposite our names in our respective residences. R. W. Gibson, Grant County, Kentucky, L. Finley, Grant County, Kentucky.

Grant County Court December Term 1858.
I, E. H. Smith, clerk of the county for the county aforesaid, do certify that the foregoing last will and testament of Nancy White, deceased, was returned to court at the above term and proven by the oaths of R. W. Gibson and L. Finley and ordered to be recorded, whereupon the same was don and this certificate duly recorded in my office, December 16, 1858. E. H. Smith, Clerk by R. H. O'Hara, Deputy Clerk.
