Photo of Elisha Robert Wynn Cox, (grandfather of Winfred Tipton) and  family.  Elisha was the surveyor of Lee Co. when it became a county.  Picture is believed to have been taken on Elisha's last birthday May 3, 1914.  He died in Jan. 1915.
Elisha is the older man seated, and on the right seated is his second wife Mary Crabree, directly behind Elisha is his son Andy Cox, Randy Smyth is in the window.
