Will of B. N. KINCAID


I, B. N. KINCAID, of St. Helens, Kentucky, do make and publish the following as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me.

Item 1.  At my death I want all just debts, if any I owe, and my funeral expenses first paid out of my estate.

Item 2.  I bequeath to my brother Walter KINCAID, the sum of one hundred ($100.00) dollars.

Item 3.  I bequeath to Ida V. KASH the sum of one hundred ($100.00) dollars.

Item 4.  I bequeath to The Bethlehem Church Organization the sume of One Hundred ($100.00) dollars, for repairs and keeping said church building painted.

Item 5.  I bequeath the sume of One hundred ($150.00) fifty dollars to keep up what is known as the "Old Kincaid Grave Yard" near Fincastle, Lee County Kentucky.

Item 6.  It my will that all of the real and personal property of which I may die seized and possessed, excluding the amounts above mentioned be equally divided between my daughters, Carrie Mae HOBBS, and Opha STONE, of Terehaut, Indiana.

Item 7.  I hereby request that Douglas KINCAID of Richmond, Kentucky and Luther KINCAID of Fincastle, Kentucky be and I hereby appoint them as Executors of this my last will and testament.  In witness where of I have set my hand, this September 27th, 1935.

Signed by B. N. KINCAID, and by him acknowledged to be his last will and testament in our presence, sight and hearing, who at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in her presence and in the presence of each other, at Beattyville, Kentucky, this September 27th 1935.

I Elizabeth MATOCKS, Clerk Lee County Court, do hereby certify that the foregoing Last Will and Testament of B. N. KINCAID was on the 8th day of May 1942, produced and filed in open court;  whereupon the same having been proved by the Court to be siad Last Will and Testament of B. N. KINCAID, deceased, same was ordered to be recorded;  whereupon the same with the forgoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 456.
