Will of Carter D. Stamper


In the Name of God, Amen!

I, Carter D. STAMPER, being of sound mind and memory, but knowing the uncertainty of human life, do now make and publish this my last Will and testament, that is to say:  I hereby Will and bequeath all of my property both personal and real to my wife, Flo. WHITEHEAD STAMPER, And name her to pay off and discharge all debts now due against, or may become due against my estate And to be the sole Administrator of my estate without bond.

Signed at Meridian, in the State of Mississippi this 10th day of December 1917.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS, of the Lee County Court, do hereby certify that the foregoing last Will and testament of Carter D. STAMPER, deceased, was on this 28th day of Oct. produced and filed in open Court and proven by  the testimonies of subscribing witnesses William MCDOUGALL and Chas. M. HART thereto and same was established to be the last Will and testament of Carter D. STAMPER whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my Certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 412.
Given under my hand this Oct. 28, 1939
