Will of Charles E. Baker

I, C. E. BAKER, a resident of Heidelberg in the county of Lee and State of Kentucky, being more than 21 yrs of age and being of sound Mind and Memory and knowing the uncertainty of life do hereby make declare ordain and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking any and all other wills previously made by me.

First.  I authorize my excutrix hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and burial expenses.

Second.  I hereby give, bequeath, and devise to my beloved wife, Laura BAKER, all of my property both Real and Personal, wherever situated to be used by her for any purpose she desires to use it.

Next.  I, nominate my wife, Laura BAKER, to be the executrix of this my last will and testament and to serve without bond.

In testimony whereof witness my hand this 14th day of October, 1917

I, J. B. HIERONYMUS, Clerk of the county court in and for the State & County aforesaid, certify that on March 11, 1918 the will of C. E. BAKER was lodged for record.  Whereupon same was duly recorded in Will Book No. 1 page 153 with my certificate.
