First:  I will and bequeath to Cleda PEERCY and Dick PEERCY, of Lower Buffalo, Lee County, Kentucky all of my estate, real, personal or mixed, with which I am possessed at the time of my death, and the death of my wife, Ellen ROBERTS, conditioned as follows:  Whereas both my wife and myself are now living with the said Cleda PEERCY and Dick PEERCY, and desire to make our home with them until our death, now if my said wife, Ellen ROBERTS, preceed me in death and I should survive her, then this condition is fulfilleed at the time of my death, but if my said wife, Ellen ROBERTS, should survive me, then the said Cled PEERCY and Dick PEERCY, agree and bind themselves to care for, support, and provide for, and to furnish her with all reasonable comforts necessary that she may enjoy a good comfortable home with all reasonable care and attention in sickness and furnish her with medical care until her death and provide for her comfortable burial, at which time the conditions provided in this will shall be fulfilled.

It is agreed by the said Cled PEERCY and Dick PEERCY that they will provide myself and my wife Ellen ROBERTS with a comfortable home and take care of us and provide us with reasonable comforts and medical attention and to do all the necessary errands for us and to wait on us in sickness and to provide for us every reasonable care so long as we both shall live.

Second:  I hereby constitute and appoint the said Cleda PEERCY and Dick PEERCY my Administratrix and Administrator and will that they be not required to execute bond or security for the faithful performance of this trust.

Court filed in open Court and same was proven by the Court to be the last Will & Testament of Edward ROBERTS, deceased, Whereupon the same has been duly recorded in Will Book No. 1, page 334-335..
