Will of Emiline Brandenburg

Know All Men By These Presents:
I, Emiline BRANDENBURG of Lower Buffalo, Lee County, Kentucky, being of full age and sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills be me heretofore made.

First:  I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after the time of my decease.

Second:  All, the property, real and personal of every kind and description, wheresoever situate, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my decease, I give, bequeath and devise to my son, Brack BRANDENBURG, absolutely and in fee simple.

Third:  I make, nominate and appoint my son, Brack BRANDENBURG, executor of this, my last will and testament and I request that no bond be required of him as such.  I further request that no inventory of my estate  be made or taken in so far as the same may be lawfully omitted.

Dated at my home on Buffalo Creek in Lee County, Kentucky, this the 11 day of September, 1928

Signed and acknowledged by the said Emiline BRANDENBURG as and for her last will and testament in our presence, and by us subscribed as attesting witnesses in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other at the home of the above said Emiline BRANDENBURG on Buffalo Creek in Lee County, Kentucky, this the 11 day of September, 1928

I, S. M. ESTES, Clerk of the Lee County Court, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing will and testament of Emiline BRANDENBURG, deceased, was filed in my said office on the 12th day of November, 1928, at a regular term of the Lee County Court, and the same having been properly proven by the court in open Court as the Law directs, same is ordered to lay over thirty (30) days for exceptions and no exceptions having been taken, the same is now ordered to be recorded at at regular term of the Lee County Court held on the 10th day of December, 1928.
Wherefore the same and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 245.
Given under my hand this 11th day of December, 1928.
