I, Elizabeth NEWNAM, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make, ordain and declare this to be my last will and testament.

1.  I desire any and all debts paid that I may owe.

2.  I hereby give desire and bequeath to my Granddaughter Pearl JACKSON and her husband Clyde JACKSON all of property both Real and Personal which I may own to be theirs absolutely.

3.  I hereby nominate Clyde JACKSON as the Executor of this my last Will and Testament and request that no bond be required of him.

4.  In testimony whereof I hereby declare and publish this to be my last will and testament made at Idamay Lee Co. Kentucky this Jan 15, 1922.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS, Clerk Lee County Court do hereby certify that the foregoing Will of Elizabeth NEWNAM, was on 14th day of May, 1934, at a regular term of the Lee County Court filed in open court and the same was proven by the Court to be the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth NEWNAM, deceased, and ordered to be recorded and thereupon the same has been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 303..
