Will of George Ella Brandenburg McIntosh


Know All Men By These Presents
That I, George Ella MCINTOSH, a widow of Beattyville, Lee County, Kentucky, do hereby ordain make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

1.  I give will and bequeath to my daughter Belle MCINTOSH MANN, a widow, of Beattyville, Kentucky at my death all of my personal property of every description, and hereby nominate her as Executrix of my said will without bond, my said daughter to have the possession and control of said property in fee to do with as she sees fit.

Given under my hand at Beattyville Kentucky on this the 1 day of May 1941, and at a time when I am of sound mind and memory.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS, Clerk Lee Count Court do hereby certify that the foregoing will of George Ella MCINTOSH, deceased, having been filed in my office on April 13, 1943, and having lain over for exceptions and no exceptions having been taken, same was established by the Court as the Last Will of George Ella MCINTOSH, deceased;  whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 473.
Given under my hand, this 17th day of March, 1944
