Will of George D. Curry
In the name of God, Amen: I, George D. CURRY, of the County of Lee, State of KY, being weak in body, but sound in mind, do make and publish this, my last will & testament in manner and form following, towit:
First, I do will & bequeath unto my beloved wife, Eliza Jane CURRY, all my real estate & personal property during her natural life.
Second, and at the death of my wife, Eliza Jane CURRY, that all the remaining property of any & every kind to be equally amond my lawful heairs.
Third, I hereby appoint my wife, Eliza Jane CURRY, Executrix to this will without entering into any bond whatever. In testimony whereof, I hereunto subscribe my name, this the 20th day of February, 1884.

An instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of George D. CURRY, deceased, was this day produced in Court and filed and proved by the oath of James SMYTH and William S. THACKER, the two subscribing witnesses thereto and the Court being advised, orders and adjudges that said instrument be and the same is allwed and established as the last will and testament of said decedent, and that it be admitted to record as such.

I, C. B. HILL, Clerk of the County Court of the County aforesaid, hereby certify that the foregoing are true copies of the last will and testament of George D. CURRY, deceased, and the order of the Lee Cou8nty Court establishing said will and ordereing it to be recorded, and that I have this day duly recorded said last will and testament and order of probate in my office, Given under my hand, this first day of May 1884.
