The last will and testament of H. L. WHEELER, being of sound mind and disposing memory, make and publish this my last will and testament as follows:

First;  I will and direct that all of my just debts be paid by my executor herein appointed.

Second;  I hereby revoke any and all wills heretofore made by me.

Third:  I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mattie T. WHEELER all of my property wherever situated.

Fourth;  I devise to my beloved wife Mattie T. WHEELER , all of my real estate situate in Lee County, Kentucky.  she authorized and empowered in her name to seel, alien, convey by deed any or all of said property, or mortgage any or all of said property.

Fifth;  I hereby designate and appoint my beloved wife Mattie T. WHEELER, Executrix of this my last will and testament and I request that courts to permit her to qualify as such executrix without executing bond.  Given under my hand and signature this 31 day of August 1927.

this will is written and typed by the testator, H. L. WHEELER in the presents of J. K. ROBERTS and Lula B. ROBERTS attesting witnesses each of them being present at the time of signing of said will by H. L. WHEELER, and each of said witnesses signing their names as attesting witnesses in the presences of each other and the testator.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS, Clerk Lee Co. Court, do hereby certify that the foregoing Will of H. L. WHEELER, deceased, was on the 14th day of October, 1935, filed in my office, and same having been proven by the Court to be the Will of H. L. Wheeler, deceased, is hereby probated and ordered to record; whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 322..
