Will of Harvey P. HALL

In the name of God Amen.  I Harvey P. HALL being of sound mind and disposing memory realizing the fact that life is uncertain and death is sure and wishing to dispose of my property between my several children and Grand children hereinafter named, do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking any and all other wills heretofore made by me.

1st.  It is my will that my executor herein after named shall pay all my Just debts if there be any.

2nd.  I will and devise to my son William M. HALL the home place on which I live containing 124 acres by actual survey, after the death of his mother my beloved wife Mary HALL.

3d.  I bequeath to my son William HALL all my household and Kitchen goods and furniture of every kind after the death of his said mother - Mary HALL.

4th.  It is my will that my wife Mary HALL have my horse and cow, during her natural life and at her death to be sold by my executor herinafter named, and the proceeds thereof to be equally divided between my several children and Grand children herein after named.

5th.  It is my will and desire that my executor shall collect all my outstanding debts and when collected the same after the payment of my Just debts be divided by him and paid by him equally between and to my children and Grand children, Sarah A. BRANDENBURGH, Aron HALL, Joseph HALL, Elisabeth EVANS, Henry HALL, William M. HALL, Laura LUTES and my Grandson Arch ISAACS.

6th  It is my will that my beloved wife Mary HALL shall posess and occupy and contral for her own separate use during her natural life all my said home farm of 124 acres, horse and cow and household and Kitchen goods and furniture and after her death to go as above directed.

7th.  I hereby constitute and appoint my son Harvey HALL as Executor of this my last will and testament.

I, J. B. SMYTH Clerk of the Lee County Court do hereby certify that the foregoing last will and Testament of H. P. HALL decd was on the 28th day of January 1895 produced to the Lee County Court and filed and offered for probate and proved by the oaths of H. L. WHEELER and Harvey HALL two of the subscribing witnesses therto on the 25th day of Feby. 1895 and the sam was by order of said court allowed and established as the last will and Testament of H. P. HILL deceased, and ordered to be admited to record  Whereupon the same and this certificate have been this day duly recorded in my said office.
Given under my hand this 9th day of March 1895.
