I, James ALLEN of Heidelberg, Lee County, Ky., do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament.

First:  I devise and bequeath any property I may own to my mother Hallie ALLEN to be used to maintain and support L. Carol ALLEN my daughter.

Second:  I hereby constitute and appoint my said mother guardian for my child L. Carol ALLEN, and give unto her the complete parental control of said Child and I hereby request that my said Child be adopted by my mother as her own and now consent thereto.  My mother will not be required to give any bond as such guardian.

Third:  I constitute and appoint my mother my executrix and request no bond be required of her and no settlement be required of her as such.
