I Joe BENNETT, of St. Helens, County of Lee, State of Kentucky, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, to-wit:

First: - All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first duly paid.

Second: - I bequeath to my two daughter, Louise BENNETT and Ethel GUM one dollard each.

Third: - I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to my two beloved daughters, Mary BENNETT and Amanda BENNETT, share and share alike, to have and to hold to their, my said daughters and to their heirs and assigns forever.

I nominate and appoint my two daughters Amanda BENNETT and Mary BENNETT to be executors of this my last will and testament.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this the first day of April, 1925.

I, S. M. ESTES, Clerk of the Lee County Court, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing Will and Testament of Joe BENNETT was filed in my said office on the 9th day of January, 1928, at a regular term of the Lee County Court, and the same having been properly proven by the Court in open Court as the law directs, same is ordered to lay over thirty (30) days for exceptions, and no exceptions having been taken, the same is now ordered to be recorded at a regular term of the Lee County Court held on the 13th day of February, 1928.

Wherefore the same and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, pages 214.
