I Joseph HAMPTON being of sound mind and memory do give devise and bequeath all of my property, both real and personal to Mary CRAWFORD (Widow) herby revoking all former wills by me made I will to Broadis HAMPTON One Dollar at my death. In witness whereof I Joseph HAMPTON (Single) have to this my last will and Testament subscribed my name this the 2 day of December 1907

I, D. B. PENDERGRASS, Clerk of the Lee County Court certify that the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Joseph HAMPTON, Deceased, was the 23rd day of Dec 1908 filed in open Court at a regular term of the Lee County Court and ordered to lay over thirty days for exceptions and the said instrument having laid over till the 27th day of Jan 1908 till a regular term of said and no exceptions having been filed and said will being proven by the two attesting witnesses as the last will and testament of said Joseph HAMPTON, Deceased, the same was probated and ordered to record.
Whereupon the same and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office.
Given under my hand this the 27th day of Jan 1908
