Will of James Harold Porter

Last Will and Testament
I, James Harold PORTER of Drew Field, Tampa Florida being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this instrument in writing as and for my last will and testament, hereby expressly revoking any and all former wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made or published.

First.  It is my desire and I hereby direct that my Exectutor hereinafter names, pay off and discharge all of my just debts as soon after my decease as may be practicable.

Second.  All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every kind and descripton real, personal and mixed howeverso and whersoever the same may be situated, now ownedor that which may thereafter be acquired by me, I give, devise, and bequeath unto Mr. James Claude PORTER absolutely and in fee simple.

Lastly.  I hereby nominate, Constitute and apoint Mr. Charles BEACH Sr. Executor of this my last will and testament to serve without bond or surety.

Witness my hand and seal this 15th day of December 1942


Signed, Sealed, Published and Declared by the said Testator, James Harold PORTER, as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as attestating witnesses, this 15th day of December 1942 at Drew Field, Tampa, Florida.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS SIPPLE, Clerk Lee County Court do hereby certify that an instrument of writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of James Harold PORTER, having been produced and filed in open Court and same having been proven by the testimonies of John L. WASSON, Raymond B. WALKER and William J. JOHNSON, Jr. the three subscribing witnesses hereto, same was established by the Court to be the said Last Will and Testament of James Harold PORTER, deceased and ordered to be recorded, whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book 1, Page, 496
