In the name of God, Amen.

I, John A. FARLEY, being of sound mind and disposing memory, realizing the fact that life is uncertain, and death is sure, and wishing to dispose of my property as hereinafter named, do make and publish this last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other Wills hertofore made by me.

First:  I will and devise to my beloved wife, Susan FARLEY, all my real Estate, consisting of a farm in Lee County, KY., known as my home farm, being the same farm I purchased of Hiram ROSS, containg about sixty acres;   and also a farm in Perry County, KY, known as the tract I entered and same I have a Patent for, containing about Three Hundred acres;  and also a tract, containing 2 or 3 acres, in Lee County, KY., I purchased of David GOOCY, lying on the Rock House Fork of Sturgeon Creek.

It is my will that my beloved wife, Susan FARLEY, pay all of my just debts, and burial expenses.

It is my will that my beloved wife, Susan FARLEY, collect all of my just debts, that she may appropriate the same to her own use and judgement.
