First - All my Just debts and funeral expenses shall be first duly paid.

Second - I give, devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to my beloved wife, Mary ARNOLD, to have and to hold to her, my said wife, and to her heirs and assigns forever.

Third  nominate and appoint my said wife, Mary ARNOLD to be the executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made in witness whereof I have hereunto have set my hand and seal this the 8th day of August A. D. 1929

I, Thomas C. PRYSE Clerk of the Lee County Court, certify that the foregoing will of James T. ARNOLD, deceased, was filed in my office for record on the 11th day of April 1932, and has been proven by the Court in open Court as the law directs, and same having lain over thirty days for exceptions and no exceptions having been taken, same was confirmed and ordered to record on the 13th day of June 1932;  whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 288.
