I, Julius ANGEL being of sound mind and disposing memory and realizing the uncertainty of this life, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows, to-wit:

ITEM ONE:  I desire all my just debts and funeral expensed paid as promptly as possible after my death and I desire my Executors to see that I am decently buried next to my wife in the graveyard on my farm.

ITEM TWO:  I give, devise and bequeath the eight acre tract of land which I purchased from George MCKINNEY and upon which Anceil ANGEL now lives and which is on the lower end of my farm, to Ancil ANGEL, for and during his natural life, with remainder in fee simple to my grand daughters, Lillian HALE, Bertha ANGEL, Elnora ANGEL and Grace ANGEL.

ITEM THREE:  I give and bequeath to Price ANGEL son of Nancy HARRIS, the sume of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and direct my executors to pay said sum to him out of my estate.

ITEM FOUR:  As soon as practicable after my death I direct my Executors to sell all of my persanlty and convert same into money and at? such times and in such quantities and in such tracts as them deem to the best interests of my estate, I direct my Executors to sell and convey all the remainder of my real estate and covert same int money and I expressly authorize and empower my Executors to make sale thereof at either public or private sale, with or without advertisement as they deem best and grant them five years from and after my death in which to sell said real estate and I expressly authorize and empower my Executors to execute, acknowledge and deliver proper conveyances thereof to the purchaser or purchasers thereof;  but in making such sales and conveyances, my executors will reserve the mineral in said land.

ITEM FIVE:  After the sale of my personalty and from time to time as my real estate is sold, I direct my Executors to divide the proceeds of said sales and all money I may have on hand after the payment of my debts, funeral Expenses and the costs of administration of my estate;  equally between Frankie CROUCH, Fannie GUM, Florence SCARBOROUGH, Jessie REYNOLDS, Cleveland ANGEL, Miranda HORN and Shelby ANGEL.

ITEM SIX:  All mineral and mineral rights in on and under my said real estate, except the said eight acre tract mentioned in Item Two above, I give, devise and bequeath to my sons and daughters, Ancil ANGEL, Frankie CROUCH, Fannie GUM, Florence SCARBOROUGH, Jessie REYNOLDS, Cleveland ANGEL, Miranda HORN and Shelby ANGEL equally.

ITEM SEVEN:  I hereby nominate Charles BEACH of Beattyville, Kentucky and my two sons Ancil ANGEL and Cleveland ANGEL, as Executors of my last will and testament and in event of death of anyone or more of them, I authorize and empower the remaing one or ones to act.

I, Elizabet MATTOCKS, Clerk Lee County Court do hereby certify that the foregoing Last Will and Testament of Julius ANGEL, deceased, having been filed in open court on February 8, 1943 and same having been established by the court to be the said Last Will and Testament of Julius ANGEL, was ordered to be recorded;  whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 457.
